Directed a complete redesign of Amex Mobile cross-platform and iterated on new product offerings with the Platinum and Centurion Card teams. Facilitated an overhaul of design process to include light-weight guerilla testing, unmoderated remote testing in addition to moderated lab testing. Worked closely with engineering (in remote offices) and product to establish a process around a sense of purpose, trust in autonomy and support for skill mastery. This greatly improved cross-team relations, morale and quality of work.

Led user experience design on the Consumer Mobile Products & Services team. Created high-density content maps, annotated wireframes, sketches and tappable prototypes while working closely with engineering and product.

Led a complete redesign of the Priceline Android App, the launch of the Hotels Pro App on iOS as well as their Windows Phone App. Iterated on user-flows, sketches, wireframes and hi-fidelity design while working closely with product leads, developers and designers in an agile environment. Pushed the team to consistently evaluate a product's visual and temporal complexity while aiming to boost key performance indicators.

Oversaw design and timely production of HTML5 mobile ads cross-platform for brands such as Porsche, Pepsi and DreamWorks. Worked closely with engineering and account teams to improve process while pushing the design of targeted ad products and Crisp Engage ad trafficking software.

Art Directed and designed HTML5 driven rich media advertisements for iPhone, iPad and Android that obtained an average 10% tap-through rate. Regularly consulted with agency partners to relate mobile advertising design best practices.

Led a rebranding of all social media properties as well as a complete overhaul of the registration process on nydailynews.com.

Worked on the Dell account with a team of copywriters, developers and designers. Art directed paid advertising and seasonal microsites as well as verticals on Dell.com.
