Katy Reynolds is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a degree in Fashion Merchandising with a focus in retail management. Having attained years of experience in multiple variables of merchandising through visual displays, product development, and graphic design, she has found a balance in mixing creativity with analytics to successfully merchandise products. Over the years, she has achieved roles in product development, management, and visual merchandising which has given her a well rounded perspective in her retail career. Most recently, Reynolds has continued to develop her leadership and team building skills in managing a boutique and developing teams for all stores through recruiting and training.
