Hi there 👋I'll lay out my journey and how I got here under a timeline. At the age of 15 I knew I was going to be an entrepreneur. Started trying stuff. At 17 I imported toys and sold them all over the country. 18-19 served in the Navy's logistics unit. Then got involved in our family furniture business, Simax. The first thing I did was build a website to sell online. It was my first experience with building a digital thing, user experience and buying psychology, and I loved it.At 21 I moved to another city and went to the university. Studied interactive communication, was exposed to the field of human-computer interaction, and participated in the entrepreneurship club.In between classes I used to sell furniture over the phone to cover my living expenses. Along with the time I was selling in the showroom before the university, I've made over 2,000 direct-to-consumer sales. At 22 I founded my first startup, Purified. An R&D and marketing company in the automotive industry (for OEMs). Started with a pre-cooling system for the passenger compartment and pivoted to an air purification system.Graduated and (48 hours later) started an MSc in technology management (an equivalent to industrial engineering).COVID-19 brought challenges to my company and to our family business. Between the two, I chose to step in and work full-time in the family business. Closed my first company at 25. Learned a lot and felt grateful.3 years in, after signing exclusivity contracts with some of the industry's top manufacturers and building a B2B distribution network, the family business is doing well. In between, I met a beautiful soul who became my wife.At 28 I wanted to get into software. And so, together with two incredible individuals we've founded Bright, a content management tool for LinkedIn users. The app is now available to use, loved by its users, and run by my co-founders.I'm 29 now. Channeling everything I've learned about myself, my passions, entrepreneurship and software into a new venture. Excited about that. More details soon.If you've read this, I'd love to get to know you and your story. Feel free to connect and send a DM.– Steve
