As a Senior Project Manager for Telamon I was responsible for overseeing the ISP construction for the clients in which Telamon serves, including, AT&T, Verizon, Ciena, Fujitsu, Windstream and others.Also had responsibility for overseeing 4 warehouses and 4 warehouse associates in OH, MO, KS, and AR. Warehouses were responsible for the logistics and handling of customer provided material and Telamon provided material including the receiving, picking, staging and shipping to installation locations across the U.SWorked in coordination with market project managers and installation managers to deliver on client expectationsDeveloped tracker to standardize data tracking of milestones from project inception to completion. This tracker was adopted by all PM’s across all turfs. This tracker also assisted in providing the platform to streamline and standardize our communication with the clients we serve. As Project Manager I oversaw the Planning, Design, Construction, Quality and Invoicing of OSP and ISP fiber network construction for clients in and around the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
