CurrentAs Chief CSfC Engineer, I am responsible for all NSA Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) compliant products and services offered by Vencore Labs/Applied Communication Sciences. (see https://www.vencorelabs.com/csfc). Also responsible for all NSA CSfC Trusted Integrator activities for Vencore Labs Lead and contribute to various basic and applied research programs funded by U.S. government research agencies in all their cycles (conceptualization, proposal, design, simulation, implementation, prototyping, production, testing, demonstration, delivery and accreditation). Currently leading two large programs (~4.5$M and ~3.2$M) – the first related to transition of COTS Android smartphones into the tactical space while solving problems of CSfC mandated security, networking and mobility management and the second related to CSfC mandated software suite for traditional tactical assets like laptops/desktops. An additional large extension (~2.8$M) awarded for functional enhancements of the Android transition program started in August 2016. Recently lead a large (~4.6$M) program on basic research and development related to mobility management and security for smartphones. Currently leading research in Low Volume Distributed Denial of Service (LV-DDoS) remediation using live container (docker) migrations of active sessions.
