As a person, I am a storyteller, a writer, and all about people. At work, these things wear a cloak and transform into me being a communicator, an analyzer, and a relationship manager. For the past couple of years of experience in human-centered functions through roles like Service Designer, M&A Strategy Consultant, Business Analyst, HR Professional, Design Thinking Facilitator, Citizen Journalist, I have had conversations, critically and creatively analyzed them, documented, helped stakeholders with their business problems; further bridging the gap between business and technical teams- each time, in each of these roles, it was different yet the same. This is my Zen. This is what brings me joy.
