17+ years experience with mechanical ( DME) background having experience all most in all departments during these years.all these experience in different departments enhance my effectiveness and skills to handle all type of situations whether in site workshop or to deal with suppliers. ABOUT COMPANYTRANSPARES LIMITED engaged in manufacturing company of pressed steel radiators for power and distribution transformers,WORK EXPERIENCE in production worked as production head with over all responsibility of total production ,planning , maintenance, Q.C. to supervise in documentation from job card up to check list while dispatch. My self keen interested in production,planning and maintenance. I also worked as purchase head & M.R.( management Representative).

During my long career of 17 years, I perform my duties almost in all departments, from planning, production, maintenance, dispatch, QA & administration.Project work:- Identify need of machines to establish a new workshop for the desired product (Transformer Radiator) under supervision of Managing Director.  Floated inquiries to the manufacturer for different machinery. Finalize vendor after scrutinizing all the information received from different manufacturers.  Visited vendor premises for final inspection of machines. Getting modified in cases if found necessary.  Installation of machinery in proper order as per scheduled Process Flow Chart & Plant Lay Out.Production & Planning:- To collect drawing & other specifications from customers and do the production accordingly. Quality verification as per customers requirement at the end of each process  Managing material flow movement from Forming line to Packing & ForwardingMaintenance & Development:- Responsible for mechanical & electrical maintenance of installed plant & machinery Periodic servicing ,For proper running of specific machines, Maintain documents related to each different machines with periodic servicing & calibration up gradation detailsQuality Assurance:-  In process & final inspection of Radiators in accordance with customer specification Calibration of all measuring instruments as per ISO requirements through laboratories accreditation, NABL criteria for testing & calibration laboratories.Purchase:- Annual Rate Contract for Raw Materials used in bulk, like CRCA coil,Float inquiries against indent for high value items,Regular purchasing as per indent issued,Annual Rate Contract with Transporter for dispatches.
