In terms of qualification, I am a Mechanical Engineer, MBA and a CFA Level 3 Candidate. As part of leadership role at Beacon Trusteeship Limited, I am part of Strategic Management & Initiatives, Product Development, Marketing and Sales and Operations. In the current assignment, playing a pivotal role in conceptualization , structuring, and execution of various trusteeship products such as Non Convertible Debentures, Security Trustee, Share Pledge Trustee, Escrow Services, Securitization (Direct Assignment, Pass Through Certificates, Securitized Debt Instruments), Alternate Investment Funds etc. Apart from standard products, I am assisting clients across corporates, NBFCs, MFIs etc. to offer customized trusteeship products / services which are aligned to their business needs. With focus on digitization, have developed various systems for effective management of all Trustee Products with end to end digital platform for Listed NCDs and Securitization. Given the regulatory and compliance requirements, the systems are matched to latest guidelines and offer a transparent solution to all stakeholders. In addition, actively involved in a technology based debt funding platform LoanXpress.com for corporations, with primary focus to address the needs of SMEs in India. The platform offers debt syndication services to SMEs and other advisory services for debt fund raising. With deep product knowhow and relationships with Banks, NBFCs and other lending institutions, LoanXpress offers a seamless journey to SMEs for all kinds of det raising activities. Prior to LoanXpress, promoted Reevolv Advisory Services Private Limited (a Consulting and Research Firm for 8 years). At Reevolv, was instrumental in executing various assignments in Consulting and Research spanning areas such as Client Management, Requirement and Gap Analysis, Designing and Execution of solutions across Strategy, Operations, Proprietary & Customized Research Reports and Investment Banking.
