Creation of Spool kit Assemblies for valve order involving Limitorque and Supernova Actuator Assemblies. • Creation and checking of (BAC)Bare Actuators, (PDD)Preliminary Dimensional drawings, (FDD)Final Dimensional Drawings for valve orders within quick turn around with collaboration of Mezzago LFPS Engineering team. • Taken complete ownership of releasing GAD and spool kit to BU with support of team members. • Creation of 3D Assemblies and GAD for MX series Electric actuator and Sambo Gearbox. • Worked on R&D Drawing creation for LPL actuators. • GAD deliverables are maintained with 100% OTD and 98% KQI. • Worked on the Control Panel kit creation and Accessories Assembly for Limitorque actuator. • Supported for Worster ball valves in creation of GAD and Checking and confirming compliance of product and design as per ISO 17292, DIN EN 1092-1, ASME B16.34, ASME B16.10, ASME B16.5 and API 6D for new component creation. • Provide Quick response and timely solution to design related production issues encountered during assembly of Spool Kit.
