NYLT is a leadership program delivered to ~200 youth, ages 13-17, completely run by the young adult leaders in an outdoor camp setting. I served in this program from 2015 - 2018. During this period, I was selected based on my performance (1 out of 4) to attend the NYLT Leadership Academy in Long Beach CA during summer 2016. Based on my performance I was offered a Staff position in NYLT Leadership Academy in Aug 2017.
