I'm a scientific researcher interested in education, innovation, and public health. Currently, I work on the research side of innovative educational projects at ErasmusX, as the leader of the research team at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Formerly, I worked in education innovation at the Netherlands Institute for Health Sciences (NIHES) and as a researcher in the Department of Epidemiology at Erasmus MC. I was Assistant Professor at University of Chile and thesis advisor in the Doctorate of Educational Science Program at Arturo Prat University of Chile. I have a Research Team Leadership certification (Advance HE), and my research experience stretches across all phases of a scientific study including study design and planning, training and supervision of data collection, field work, instrument design and validation, data analysis and interpretation, manuscript preparation, knowledge translation and dissemination of results.
