Designing and developing the new Queen's Women in Computing (QWIC) website using Next.js to market QWIC's resources, merchandise and events, effectively building the QWIC community for underrepresented groups in tech.

Wireframed and prototyped the web design for the Queen's Vietnamese Student's Association's (QVSA) website in Figma, designing a ux/ui suitable for the client's needs as a club.Collaborating in a team of 5 as a front-end developer, I used React.js, Tailwind css and Node.js to build the website based off of the Figma prototype, leveraging Git for a smooth development process and version control. Successfully learned and implemented new technologies and debugging procedures over the 4 month development sprint, building a deep understanding of the design, development and deployment process of building a web app.

Designed marketing materials including posters, brochures and newsletters highlighting Career Services events and resources.

Led major revision of Career Services Magazines and publications.Designed new magazine for print and distribution in Adobe InDesign.Rebranded existing magazines for online use and accessibility aligning with AODA standards.
