Now with almost three years at lululemon, I have been able to grow and upskill in different roles, from educator to Guest Resolutions Specialist with a rockstar team advocating for guests and employees while resolving complex escalations and now Team Lead, responsible for the heart of the business, it's people. Every day I get to work to create a safe and inclusive work environment for my team, while providing direction, coaching and driving performance through innovating resources for every individual. As a Leader of the South Asian ERG for over 2 years, I lean into my passion for DEI, advocating for our members, and all employees, learning to stand in allyship and working to resource opportunities for personal and career development.
