I am a PhD graduate in Chemical Engineering & Operations Research from the University of Waterloo, with expertise in developing optimized models and algorithms for real-world problems. My interdisciplinary research combines process optimization, data analysis, and carbon capture techniques to address environmental and industrial challenges. I'm passionate about sustainability projects. My areas of expertise include various carbon capture techniques such as chemical looping combustion (CLC), nature-based carbon capture, CFD modelling of fuel reactor, and optimized design and modelling of fluidized bed reactor for carbon capture via CLC.I have strong experience in collaborating with an industrial partner, Scientific Services Facility, a large-scale analytical services provider, where I applied my operations research skills to develop an optimization model for generating daily schedules for their plant operations. This model improved their efficiency, productivity, and profitability. I have extensive background in research and development, having published multiple papers and presented at international conferences. I am proficient in advanced programming languages, such as Julia, Python, MATLAB, and optimization solvers such as CPLEX, GUROBI, IPOPT etc. I have excellent communication and presentation skills. My goal is to leverage my expertise and contribute to the advancement of science and engineering.
