Managing full Lifecycle of recruitment process according to corporate guidelines.• Accomplished recruitment process starting from analyzing the Clients and requirements, sourcing, screening the candidates/consultants over phone with requirement related technical questions, reformatting resumes and composing selling summary to present to client. • Negotiate candidate compensation from initial hire through pay rate increases within compliance of company gross profit standards.• Maintaining the database of each and every candidate for further proceedings and future requirements.• Coordinate in scheduling interview, updating the consultants, Placement Coordination.• Recruited candidates for the requirements from clients like AT&T ,CATERPILLAR, JOHN DEERE, SIEMENS, DTE Energy, FISERV, MOTOROLA ,GE HEALTHCARE and State/Federal Clients of US.• Experience in W2, C2C, and Contract to hire positions.• Have successfully placement records: • Coordinating background checking and other related on-board process with on-site administrative assistant. • Coordinating with background checks, credit checks, Drug test etc. • Good knowledge in US Work Authorization and Employment Definitions (H1B, 1099, Permanent Resident, Citizen).
