• Performing all the recruitment process that includes sourcing, screening, mapping, reference check and interviewing potential prospects. • Being a SPOC for Clients to understand the new requirement .• Identifying the potential candidates through various sources like internal database, job portals, social networking etc, • Handling all the co-ordination with the candidates and the client during pre and post interviews• Responsible for mass mailing and job posting on job portals• Conduct telephonic screening to check communication, technical skills, interest level, etc.• Scheduling interviews for short-listed candidates with the business.• Obtaining the feedback from the interviewers and analyzing the gaps of the feedback.• Following up on the offers made till the final joining of the candidates and Periodic Evaluation• Maintain Database, create and maintain reports on daily basis
