(Basic/Enhanced) FCPA form has to be filled and it will be approved as per ASL.• Inventory and Scrap Management which includes Creating Customer Code in SAP system.• Working in Taulia Portal for payment, invoice and PO queries for four Chennai Sites.• Preparing & Renewing Agreement for all services with Legal Team.• Preparing Questionnaire Contract Due Diligence Checklist.• Working with Project Manager for Bid Evaluation.• Working in Vendor Master for Vendor Code Creation, Address change, Email ID update, TDS update & vendor Ordering address etc.,• Finance co-ordinations which includes to Ensure that the value of the invoice is accrued, if the invoice is not booked in time. Produce all vendor related invoices to the finance team for scanning and coordinating with the GFS team to get the payment done for the vendors swiftly.• Proactively working on the provisions month on month for the Finance team on facility related expenses.• Making Cost Saving Measures related for the Site on procurement and various other activities.• Coordinating with the BMS for any improvements required for the building such as Leakage Arrest, Mirror Change, Cleaning, Parking issues, safety and Security Concerns etc.• Induction for new joinees & Organizing Site Workstation shifting/movements for employees and allotting workstations & Stationery support for new employees.• Organizing facility meeting & Safety Meeting for Chennai city office.• Organizing Birthday bash events and other employee activities and other site related celebrations.• Maintains distribution lists and key contacts
