Independently monitored the invasive alien algae cover of Maunalua Bay by schematic visual plot size assessment. Studied the effects of algal removal from past ten years of huki program and configured rates of regrowth dependent of plot size. Contrasted two different monitoring techniques based on each method's findings and accuracy.
