Hi! I'm Kavya!As a first-generation college student and the first woman in my family to pursue engineering, I'm passionate about using my computer science education to impact fintech. Currently, in my second year of studies, I’m driven by a curiosity for solving complex problems through technology and data analysis.Beyond my technical interests, I’m deeply committed to empowering more women and non-binary individuals to pursue careers in STEM. Whether through mentorship, collaboration, or Women In Engineering Programs (WIEP) at UIC, I strive to create spaces where underrepresented voices can thrive in engineering and tech.When I'm not studying, you can find me at live jazz concerts, exploring new cuisines, or enjoying webtoons!
