During this period, significant experience has been gained in managing services across multiple client accounts, utilizing a broad range of tools and technologies. This included working with RDP & PuTTY, alongside foundational knowledge of Linux commands, which was critical in managing and configuring servers effectively.The scope of work included handling monitoring and incident management, configuring tools such as CheckMk and Nagios for server monitoring, adding and deleting servers, creating rules, managing acknowledgments, handling downtime, and maintaining dashboards for audit purposes.Additionally, expertise was developed in tools like DataDog, PagerDuty, and Zoho for ticket management and SLA monitoring. This included ticket creation and management, classification of incidents based on severity, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and adhering to established escalation protocols. Incident management and Change Requests (CR) handling were also key responsibilities, with CR templates and repositories being maintained. Scheduled maintenance tasks, including patching activities, were performed as part of the role.Hands-on experience was also gained in configuring Prometheus and Grafana for real-time monitoring and data visualization. Active participation in resolving customer issues and maintaining infrastructure was also a part.Further responsibilities included managing AWS accounts for clients, configuring VPCs, Subnets, Endpoints, Amazon ECR, EC2 (including load balancers and target groups), ECS, Lambda, IAM, and AppSync as part of the deployment process. Projects utilizing AWS services such as S3, Glue, Athena, Step Functions, Kinesis Streams, Rekognition, QuickSight, and IoT Core were also executed to deliver scalable and secure cloud solutions.In addition to AWS, foundational experience was also gained in managing Azure and GCP accounts, providing exposure to multi-cloud environments.
