- Overseeing daily operations & establishing best practices for Partner Transaction Centre (PTC) EMEA’s operational activities to maintain high quality control and partner experience standards.- Work with GPSO Global Process Owner to optimize deal registration systems and align with GPSO strategy and roadmap.o Identify needs from A&C and PTC, perform assessments, evaluate priority and mitigate risks by determining and implementing system improvements.o Responsible to design test scenarios for all systems testing related to deal registrationo Interface with OAL on all bugs and enhancements related to deal registration. Assist in Pi planning, schedule calls and monitor timelines of scheduled system releases.o Coordinate communications to partners and sales for upcoming releases & launches. - Work with Global Partner Programs Experience team to optimize current & new process roll outs under deal registration. o Design or re-design PTC processing guidelines to improve operational efficiency and support deal registration for all partner incentives.o Advised on feasibility of special handling to ensure the roll outs are compliant with Oracle’s guidelines and policies.o Ensure deal registration partner and sales email notifications are up to date with any changes rolled out to the existing model.- Implemented Global Quality Review program to outline constructive data for PTC managers and ensure operational excellence is delivered to stakeholders.- Collaborated with legal and DPC to establish operational support for Manufacturing Authorization Form (MAF) in EMEA.- Effectively managed team's SLA and training by formalizing various team lead and SME tasks, connecting with each team member at regular intervals and mentoring on challenging areas. - Served as key point of contact for deal registration training needs to A&C managers and Partners.- Conducted survey to understand Oracle Partner Store usage and partner needs as part of digital first initiative

• Advised expatriates with regard to –o Computation of monthly tax deduction and provident fund contribution o Estimating their tax liability/refund for the year from income earned and investments made in order to file their income tax return o Quarterly advance tax calculation to ensure timely deposit of tax with the revenue authorities o Preparing submission letters and representing the client for any litigation at income tax office.o Obtaining No Objection Certificate prior to their exit from the countryo Obtaining tax residency certificate to prove their residential status in host countryo Obtaining Certificate of Coverage to avoid contribution to social securities in host country• Conducted telephonic meetings with the client to brief them about the tax policies and the relative effect on the client. • Prepared billing template for the client and coordinated with various teams to raise invoice for the services provided and complete payment process.• Maintained and organized trackers for the services provided to the client for easy reference• Organized and managed all tax reports, statements and documents relating to clients• Participated in building tax grid to help the team to be updated on the tax components included in the payroll of the client• Ensured quality check and review, prior to the acceptance of new pursuits
