• Analyse and reconcile the client’s book (Ledger) to the bank statement relating to cash settlements of Fixed Income Securities. Deal with instruments like Swaps, Cash Collateral, Time Deposits, Futures, Bonds, Foreign exchange - FX and Mortgage Backed Securities and maintain the asset management and wealth management• Reconcile the accounts and clear the breaks by calculating with the rates in DTC, Euroclear or Bloomberg between the client and custody• Prepare timely &accurate monthly Open financial transaction reports, Missing Balance reports and ad hoc reports to determine the current balances which help management to decide next investment strategies and for the forecasting• Conceptualize, design and implement MIS reports as required by management information needs. • Updating mutual fund information such as the Company name, Fund name, Legal Structure, Income/Accumulation , Launch Date, Active/Inactive, Geographical region where the fund is sold, Industry the fund focuses , open/close ended fund, classification if it is Fund Of Funds, hedge, Fixed Income, Equity , Life /Pension Funds or money market funds in Feditor (Internal Database)• Analyze and sourcing the fund details through desk research by accessing the Company websites for KIID, Prospectus & Factsheet and contacting the Fund Managers and Clients like Aberdeen Asset Management, Blackrock, Northern Trust, SSB, Brown Brothers , Liontrust Asset Management etc. all over the world to acquire the fund details and fund monitoring• Maintaining the quality of the team through quality checks.• Assigning the priority Calls to team members though Landesk.• Dealing with corporate events like mergers, adding new funds, closures, re-launches by maintain timeliness.• Closely working with other departments to resolve issues. • Training and guiding junior members on the process.• The main focus will be on prioritizing VIP clients by giving regular updates and resolving it in timely basis.• Achieving weekly individual targets
