Manukau’s upcoming iconic structure consists a total of 11 apartments on each level among which 8 are twin key units with double glazed aluminium joinery and wooden flooring in kitchen. The structure consists of 8 Earthquake bracing frames or EBF’s wrapped in 16mm fyreline GIB on the interiors and symonite Aluminium cladding systems fixed to 64 mm steed stud walls wrapped with James Hardie 9mm RAB system.
