As a member of EBANX's Red Team, my responsibilities include:• Conducting Penetration Testing in cloud infrastructure environments.• Performing Penetration Testing on web applications.• Developing and implementing Penetration Testing report templates based on risk analysis.• Managing a bug bounty program, responding to researchers, and maintaining program operations.• Assisting in ISO's and PCI DSS certification processes.

Infobip is a B2B company that provides communication solutions, such as SMS, WhatsApp, E-mail, Voice, Omnichannel, and many more.My activities are as follows:• Understand and investigate tickets from customer companies from all regions of the world.• Provide support to customers with the use of the solutions developed by Infobip.• Develop concise English texts to explain the observed issues, how they occur, why they occur, and present solutions to the impasses.• Provide support to customers with any impasses they may face in sending SMS messages (Troubleshoot problems, providing them with documentation, or training them on how to use the Infobip's SMS platform).• Study and apply the various internal tools that help in the investigation process of the cases observed by the Customer Support team.
