As an experienced senior Performance manager, Babington offered me the opportunity to join the organisation at a pivotal point in their development, my role encompassed the company profiling for budgeted starts, business planning, meeting and exceeding SFA contracts. With the challenge of building and developing a Recruitment Team to service both Employers and Learners in to apprenticeships. Reporting directly to the CEO.With the strategic development of the Recruitment team including business planning and sales development, Babington increased performance 10 fold, working on Business Development, Performance management and a 360 approach to candidate attraction and placement.

As Service Delivery and Contract Manager my role was a senior operational manager, within Shaw Trust, managing a multi million contract, as Prime with both internal operations teams and Sub-contractors. Later managing 3 contract areas and delivering target on each of these. With 18 years experience in the Welfare to Work sector covering public, private and third sector, I felt comfortable and challenged within this role. Assisted many to achieve employment and battle discrimination. Confident in managing large, complex, contracts, and Performance Management. Demonstrable track record of helping to deliver these contracts to target.
