I work closely with Finance, HR and external agencies to ensure that accurate tracking and monitoring of contractor spend.Activities Include: Forecasting & Planning - Run frequent resource meetings to facilitate project resource allocation and issue resolution with the IT Portfolio Managers and the IT Resource Owners & attend all Resource Estimation meetings, to ensure resources are planned effectively and gaps can be managed in a timely manner so not to impact the successful delivery of projects. Contractor Resource Management - Track, monitor and process invoices and purchase orders using SAP for contractor spend. Create supplier contracts for non-agency contractors. Manage the resource request approval (ATR) process, on behalf of IT, to ensure approval is in place for all recruitment.As part of my personal development plan I was carrying out a Project Executive role and delivering projects. The main project I worked on was implementing a Postal Address Finder API onto our TUI customer website meaning customers no longer had to manually type in their address at booking stage.

Thesereports are used to provide our decision makers with the right information to make an informed decision on timing and sign off of activity as well as providing a clear picture of level of change risk and whether any projects have deployment timing risk.In summary, my role forms a key bridge between those that are delivering change projects/initiatives to those receiving that change through communication and/or training, e.g. our customer facing colleagues.Taking feedback and ensuring that changes are made to ensure sustainability and benefit realisation.
