Thesereports are used to provide our decision makers with the right information to make an informed decision on timing and sign off of activity as well as providing a clear picture of level of change risk and whether any projects have deployment timing risk.In summary, my role forms a key bridge between those that are delivering change projects/initiatives to those receiving that change through communication and/or training, e.g. our customer facing colleagues.Taking feedback and ensuring that changes are made to ensure sustainability and benefit realisation.
