I for 9 years supported the VP's in Corporate IT Operations with travel, calendar maintenance, expenses, processing vendor invoices for payment,meeting coordination, supplies management, providing assistance to not only all of the Operations team staff but throughout Premier, as well as our members, vendors, suppliers when needed. My passion for helping Premier employee's have their greatest success with Audio/Web/Video conferencing was a driving force in my continued self education in the conferencing arena. Helping those to know what tools are most cost effective and how those tools would meet their requirements. Educating them on use of the tools and training them so that their experience would promote not only their individual success but also success for their team, project and all of Premier. I successfully shared information regarding Plugins for Outlook and new offerings from our Level 3 vendor with employee's along with promoting our Lync offerings for internal use always thinking of how "We" at Premier can be cost conscious and effective in our strive to be the best in the Healthcare alliance arena. I am especially proud of negotiating our latest conferencing contract for our next two years with level 3 with cost savings of 50 and 80% respectively and no rise in other areas. Valued support from our vendor Level 3 was a key component in that negotiation.
