Employment Services Assistant Ii
Current- Schedule and conduct all half-day trainings for department new hires and promotional positions on the use of Employee Self Service program, eHR and Time Collection
- Coordinate and conduct 6-8 weeks of extensive one-on-one and/or group training for new timekeepers within Pay and Leave unit and/or various stations and bureaus.
- Manage 10-16 unit timekeepers by approving time amendments, auditing projects and daily tasks to ensure each deadline is met
- Provide technical solutions and IT troubleshooting for eHR (TIMEI) and MARS Help Desk email/phone inquiries and requests
- Conduct unit/station audits and coordinate further timekeeping training if applicable
- Special projects related to running reports, audits and corrections
