Responsible for setting the direction of the Neighborhood Council. The Neighborhood Council is the most local form of elected government in Los Angeles. Other responsibilities include legal compliance for the whole board with State and City laws governing elected bodies and the handling of taxpayer funds. Serve as chair of the Neighborhood Council Planning and Land Use Management Committee and vice chair of the Neighborhood Council Transportation Committee. Serve in the City-wide position of co-chair of the Neighborhood Council Budget Advocates, a budget watchdog group. Serve as a member of the planning committee for the Congress of Neighborhoods, a convention of Neighborhood Council leaders.

Responsible for maintaining tax-payer funds for the Palms community of Los Angeles. Create and maintain the Council budget. Work with the Los Angeles Office of City Clerk on funding. Co-chair the Palms Neighborhood Council Planning and Land Use Committee. Chair the Venice Blvd Improvement Ad Hoc Committee. Member of the Transportation Committee. Participate in regional governance as the co-chair of the Westside Regional Alliance of Councils Planning and Land Use Committee. Participate in city-wide governance with the Los Angeles Neighborhood Council Budget Advocates where I was elected to represent my region, the Los Angeles Congress of Neighborhoods where I serve as vice-chair, and the Los Angeles Neighborhood Council Coalition.

Represent Area A on the Palms Neighborhood Council. Provide services to my constituents, helping them navigate Los Angeles City government.
