Program Administrator
Current- Report to the VP/Division Manager and support multiple projects within the division
- I work closely with all levels and types of staff found in a corporate environment - including engineering and technical staff, executives, and customers
- Responsibilities include entering and monitoring the status of purchase requests, screening calls, meeting coordination and event hosting, managing calendars and reminders, greeting and escorting visitors, monitoring.
- Tracking of budgets and expenditures and support to project control
- Coordinate tours with security and visitor control to validate guests
- Utilize Concur to book travel for employees that require assistance
