Growing up, I have always had a natural ability to inspire and lead others. My mother used to tease me, saying that whenever she would pick me up from school, there would be a trail of kids following me. This experience instilled in me the importance of making everyone feel included and valued, regardless of their background or abilities.Over the years, I have worked in various fields and industries, each with its own set of challenges and opportunities. However, for the past 4 and a half years, I have had the privilege of working in the developmental disability field. This line of work has taught me the importance of patience, empathy, and understanding, as every individual has unique needs and requirements.In this field, I have been exposed to a wide range of personalities, work ethics, and situations. From managing conflicts to multi-tasking, I have learned how to navigate through unexpected challenges with grace and confidence. With the help of Microsoft and Google, I have also developed new skills in technology and communication, which have proven to be invaluable in my work.But what truly inspires me is the positive impact I have on the lives of others. The calls I make and the support I provide have the power to change someone's day, or even their life. It is a feeling that is hard to describe, but it motivates me to continue doing what I do every day.In conclusion, I believe that leadership is not just about getting things done, but also about empowering others to reach their full potential.
