I provide ongoing support to CEO, GM, and Director of Business Development, work collaboratively with Marketing Department to create resources and promotional items, partipate in disccusions with a wide range of customers regarding software license renewals, upgrades, and adjustments to current software and manage multiple customer projects as well as sourcing and responding to RFPs. I plan and execute special events including a 100+ in-person annual conference and contribute to the development of staff by interviewing prospective employees, working collaboratively with current employees, and maintaining staff morale.

I managed a school of 70+ students and 25 teachers by creating staffing plans, submitting payroll, providing team building experiences, and supporting the teachers' responsibilities within the classroom. I ensured the day to day functionality, operation, and success of the school which includes being on-site to open the school each morning. I served as liaison for all communications between families, students, and staff. Throughout the year, I planned and executed large scale seasonal special events for students and families and create unique theme based special activities to enrich learning experiences. I provided tours of the school to prospective families and upon enrollment, see to the completion of state required paperwork. I managed the billing accounts for monthly tuition using brightwheel software. I maintained verbal and written communication with parents, vendors, and prospective families to ensure seamless communication with all parties.

I was responsible for the daily care and instruction for a class of 2-3 year olds. I created and implemented theme based lesson plans aligned with the IL Early Learning standards. I would observe and record progress of students throughout the year and perform semi-annual assessments and parent-teacher conferences. I maintained open communication with parents and families using brightwheel software. I collaborated with colleagues to create new learning experiences for my students.
