I need a work from home job. My only dilemma with working is I am a single mom of four kids and I want to work a full time job, pay is needed to live comfortably, I am restricted to them. I am the only one that is able to run when called for them and if I have a work at home job, I can manage with them staying at school for that day and then them home the next, if in trouble. If sick they can stay home and it will suffice for them being attended to as I will make do.

- Answer phones from a que.- Enter all and update the various service calls as needed into SalesForce for Home Automation and Security needs for the current clientele. - Scheduled the service calls as fit, with the lead techs being the able to do all and Tiers to follow for all other availability- Billed through SalesForce as required; posted billing and aligned the cash receipts with the payments received. - Pulled potential sales from a report to engage for service calls or initial installs of Home Automation and Security necessities.- Followed up with customers once service was complete- Worked with Construction builders to make sure all new construction was ready for move in
