- Working within the Advisory Team on housing and homelessness-related issues- Serving on the GMCA's Development Group as an Independent Expert as they launch a social impact bond to prevent homelessness amongst under-35's pan-GM

- Managing the Charity Futures programme under the guidance of Director Stephen Bubb- Producing research, and carrying out a research consultation exercise in conjunction with Giving Evidence to find out what charities and donors wish to see from academic research moving forward- Hosting roundtables and our annual conferences, aiding thought-sharing and collaboration within the sector- Managing the company's finances, budgeting, and filing regulatory reports and tax returns as Company/ Board Secretary- Founded the world's first Institute of Charity alongside New College at the University of Oxford

- Responsible for collating the Oil and Gas morning news bulletin for both the Paris and London OG teams.- Producing detailed research for a pitch book relating to Asian oil infrastructure.- Researching prospective divestment opportunities as part of a proposal to contribute to a significant merger.

- Working with 3i Infotech and the partners in order to transfer client data from the firm's outdated system, Exact, to the latest system, Altimis.- Creating portfolios for clients alongside the partner in charge of discretionary portfolio management.- Analysing and improving the portfolio which I created in my previous stay with the firm, which outperformed all major benchmarks. (It may now be viewed via one of my published LinkedIn posts).

- Updating client portfolios on Excel, investing in a virtual portfolio which I later presented to the Partners, and suggesting suitable equity allocations for client portfolios, whilst recording dealings in the dealing book during the trading day.- Attending company meetings in which the firm reviewed their discretionary management methods, as it was in the process of developing a new database.- Taking part in the meetings with representatives from Merchants Trust who came down to Bournemouth in order to present their latest Trust allocations.

- Editing client portfolios on Excel, and learning about the most suitable asset allocation methods.- Learning how to allocate particular securities to the portfolios, in order to cater for individual client preferences, with the primary variable being risk appetite.

- My first career-related work experience taught me how best to communicate with clients, primarily by helping the Stockbrokers to edit and send out their monthly client note.
