• Inspect and analyze raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods in accordance with cGMP/GLP standard operating procedures.
• Identify imperfections of samples with visual/organoleptic procedures.
• Create a result report and test if necessary microbial, chemical, and physical samples.
• Document data, report results, perform equipment verifications or calibration checks as needed, and laboratory cleaning in accordance with Deerland Probiotics and Enzymes’ SOP’s.
• Preparation of wet and dry samples for internal and external laboratory analysis.
• Ensure a well-stocked and resourced laboratory via maintenance of reagent and equipment stock and ordering of necessary materials

• Follow all SOPs, Safety Guidelines and good housekeeping practices to ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO, and TGA requirements.
• Perform testing of raw materials, in-process, finished product and/or stability samples including assay, dissolution, disintegration, uniformity, and other tests according to the analytical methods, USP, procedures in.
• Analyze and interpret test results and provide timely communication of results to quality control supervisor.
• Prepared stock and working solutions/standards and QC samples.
• Planned, coordinated, and implemented tests and conducted projects. Served as an advisor to other chemists.
• Maintain appropriate documentation (records and lab notebooks), as required, in compliance with all cGMP/GLP requirements, laboratory SOP’s and Company policies and procedures.

• Follow the Georgia Standards of Excellence (GSE) to educate students in chemistry.
• Writing and implementing lesson plans and assessments for students
