As Digital Media Marketing Coordinator at WKU, I worked as part of a team to create and manage content for the university’s institutional web presences. This included generating and sharing content via social media to build meaningful connections with audiences; developing, executing, and consulting on digital marketing; and cross-departmental collaboration to showcase the many facets of the WKU brand.Some of my duties included tracking emerging trends in social media, creating content strategy, providing outreach and customer service via social platforms, and educating digital marketers across the WKU network. I compiled analytics for both internal and external reporting and optimize university social channels as platforms and audiences continue to evolve.
