Corporate Ctpat Specialist
Current• Internal Auditing (including CTPAT MSC and ISO 9001).• Assist in company management of the CTPAT program.• Complete company CTPAT Validations in coordination with Omni’s SCSS (CBP), including completing our most recent re-validation review (fall 2023) with our assigned U.S. Customs and Border Protection SCSS with 0 findings.• Monitor Omni’s CTPAT portal to ensure SVI monitoring is kept up to date, as well as the company’s Security Profile.• Lead and/or Assist with business partner audits.• Ensure company-wide compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s CTPAT Minimum Security Criteria Requirements.• Regular communicate with Omni’s branches and local, facility’s CTPAT persons of contact.• Attend CTPAT and Trade related events within the Trade Community.• Consistently search for ways to enhance and strengthen Omni’s supply chain.• Monitor company compliance with CTPAT MSC (Minimum Security Criteria) Requirements.• Create and maintain many SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), Forms, and Job Aids.• Utilize, update, monitor, maintain, and audit the QMS (Quality Management System).• Create, review, revise, and monitor/track Corporate trainings related to CTPAT.• Communicate corporate changes, updates to processes, and trainings to branches across the globe.• Communicate new federal CTPAT requirements to our branches and business partners across the globe, through letters, trainings, and meetings.• Engage, work closely with, and coordinate with other departments changes to ensure compliance with business partner’s expectations/requirements, CTPAT MSC requirements, and ISO standards.• Create, Track, and progress with department goals.
