I am a Bachelor of Commerce Business Management Graduate from the University of Pretoria. I have developed my knowledge and skills in Business Management over the last three years as well as gained work experience in Operations and Administration. I am furthering my knowledge by studying for a Prince2 qualification. I have work experience being the Head of Administration and later Head of Operations and Human Resources for an Edtech Startup Company, 123tutors. During this time, I managed four employees within the Operations department and I successfully implemented a more efficient student-tutor matching technique, saving the company an average of R10 000 per month and proving we were a reliable and customer-focused company to work with. I played an instrumental role in selecting and onboarding competent employees that contributed to the success of the company. This resulted in profits improving tremendously.I am presently seeking a suitable position with a high-growth, market-leading company that offers opportunities for advancement.
