Responsible for international/domestic allocations at La Senza, a sister company to Victoria Secret - Currently responsible for 130 doors - 4 new store/ new market openings in 2016 and 7 new store/ new market openings in 2018. Developed store level allocation strategies to maximize sales and profit to the size/store level. Creation of an Allocation tool in excel as well as utilizing company resources such as SAP, JDA, Manugistics and MicroStrategy to support team with daily task and reporting curiosities.
