* Managing the Senator and Chief of Staff's calendar, scheduling all meetings, and drafting meeting briefings.* Drafting social media content, outreach letters, and press releases, as well as delivering thousands of certificates and ceremonial resolutions on behalf of the office. * Providing staff support on Zoom calls and at in-person events with civic organizations, lobbyists, governmental entities, and district leaders. * Overseeing a robust internship operation with 5+ high school and college students. Primary inbox management. Answering office phones and taking constituent case information.* Serving in a support role for legislative affairs, including drafting legislative outreach to constituents, providing staff support during committee hearings and voting sessions, introducing bills, overseeing bill sponsorship, and providing legislative research as needed.

* Managing all aspect of Commissioner Zur’s governmental office, including but not limited to social media management, scheduling, remarks, and staffing at events. * Working closely with the County Executive’s office, Communications Department and Clerk staff to communicate relevant information to the Board of Commissioners. Managing a team of interns.* Coordinating events, such as our LGBTQ Youth Summit.

* Served as a governmental liaison between the County of Bergen and the 85+ food pantries that service food insecure residents. * Aided in the rollout of a client tracking program for pantry directors. * Rolled out two rounds of a Sustainability Grant that awarded roughly $1,000,000 for pantries to improve their infrastructure. * Planned a Food Pantry Summit for pantry directors to meet and learn about resources available. * Drafted and implemented a network-wide survey. Developed educational and promotional content for pantry directors.* Upkeep of Food Security Task Force webpage, as well as general upkeep of internal information.

* Oversaw field operations for over 15 municipalities and 70,000 targets in New Jersey’s first ever coordinated campaign.* Worked regularly with VAN and MiniVAN to recruit for and facilitate volunteer canvassing.* Assisted with high traffic canvassing and attended various events to establish campaign presence locally.
