I lead a team that handles onboarding, continued and cross training, soft skills training, talent and leadership development, SOC compliance training, and knowledge management. Over the past 4 years we have built an industry role-specific knowledge base containing over 1,000 articles, developed and facilitated multiple SOP rollouts across all of our operations teams, and designed instructor-led training and e-learning to enable estimators to write completely new vehicle types and estimating systems in a virtual, remote-work environment.We have also built out all-remote onboarding programs for operations managers and technical leads that focus on developing company-specific leadership skills as well as talent development and performance management upskilling.
