(NYSE: HIFR), a high growth real estate investment trust ("REIT") which owned approximately $2.0 billion of rate regulated electricity delivery infrastructure assets in Texas. Prior to joining Hunt, Kaylen was a deals professional in the Transaction Services - Accounting & Valuation Advisory group of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Dallas, Texas, specializing in valuation measurement and advisory for a variety of purposes such as financial reporting, tax reporting, and mergers and acquisitions. Kaylen graduated from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management with a Masters in Accountancy, focused in Valuation. She is a graduate of Vanderbilt University where she received a B.A. in Economics with minors in both Corporate Strategy and Financial Economics.
