As a People and Culture Manager at Natuzzi, I oversee the strategic growth and development of the human resources function, ensuring that the company attracts, retains, and empowers a diverse and talented workforce. I have more than 30 years of experience in the recruitment industry, specializing in various sectors specialising in retail but including credit and collections, accounting, banking and finance, and customer service.I founded Sinclair Recruitment in 1990 and led it for more than three decades, growing it into a successful and reputable agency that delivered quality and service to both candidates and clients. I am passionate about delivering for my clients in particular through retaining talent and introducing HR and incentive policies. My belief is that Human Resources should always be focused on people and their individual needs, and I apply this philosophy to my current role at Natuzzi, where I foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence. I am very able to function in a multisite environment and thrive on interpreting and implementing awards.
