    - Trained project’s Contact/Lead Farmers to train their fellow farmers.- Trained over 400 cocoa farmers on Cocoa Certification and Sustainable Cocoa Production under sub-theme Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), Good Environmental Practices (GEP), Good Social Practices (GSP) and Good Business Practices GBP) among others.- Collection of both qualitative and quantitative data on cocoa production among the project’s farmers.- Worked closely with farmers to ensure training implementation and progress on their farms.- Surpassed the 30 metric tons target on procurement of certified cocoa beans within four months.- Supervised the disbursement and distribution of agricultural input loan worth more than two million naira to cocoa farmers under my supervision in Osun State and monitored the repayment.- Supervised the distribution of 720 hybrid pods to my farmers for raising cocoa nurseries in each of their communities.- Monitored the raising of over 15,000 improved cocoa seedlings in communities under my supervision. These were distributed to project farmers for rehabilitating and replanting their ageing farms. - Recorded the highest Farmers Field School attendance among the 17 Field Supervisors and produced the highest number of certified cocoa farmers within one year.- Due to my outstanding success as a field supervisor, received a promotion from the Senior Management to the position of IMS Manager to the project after one year.
