Senior member of ICBC’s team responsible for external communications and issues management for corporate initiatives and projects.From December 2013 to November 2014, I was seconded fulltime to lead communications after incorrect descriptions were identified on close to half a million vehicles. The incorrect information resulted in some customers paying.
