Led an integrated marketing, communications and stakeholder team focused on Enhanced Care. Enhanced Care is a new type of auto insurance for BC. It delivers more affordable insurance and provides better care and recovery benefits to anyone injured in a crash. Key accomplishments included: - Ran two multi-channel advertising campaigns to increase awareness and support of the changes. - Launched an estimator tool, so customers could see their cost savings. - Executed ICBC’s most comprehensive stakeholder consultation plan, which included over 50 sessions with healthcare associations and disability advocates to inform regulations and business design.

Senior member of ICBC’s team responsible for external communications and issues management for corporate initiatives and projects.From December 2013 to November 2014, I was seconded fulltime to lead communications after incorrect descriptions were identified on close to half a million vehicles. The incorrect information resulted in some customers paying too much for their car insurance, while other paying too little over six years.
