Dr. Kerry Bruce has over 25 years of experience in designing, implementing, evaluating and documenting international development projects worldwide. She is a pioneer in the digital space, working with organizations to promote adoption of digital technologies and designing investments in digital health and the digital economy. She founded and managed her own successful woman-owned small business and has extensive experience in brokering partnerships across internal teams, across organizations and between the private and public sectors. She lived in Asia and Africa for more than two decades implementing programs and developing frameworks for measuring results in these contexts. She publishes and presents regularly both in peer reviewed publications and conferences and in blogs communicating her team’s work. She is Adjunct Faculty at Georgetown University and holds a DrPH Degree from the University of North Carolina and an MPH from Johns Hopkins University.
