In the final phase of Topco's business transformation (Project Everest), I was responsible for leading the pricing implementation for our Fresh Meat program. This project leveraged Vistex DMp functionality to meet the unique and complex needs of this program and industry. The overall pricing architecture simplified and streamlined the process for the program, reducing overall time and effort. Following this project, I lead the effort to retire all remaining legacy systems; closing out remaining business activities and replacing any remaining functionality.Currently, I serve as part of the IT Business Relations team, working with all departments to achieve their continuous improvement goals and address technology issues. I also serve on the leadership team for Topco's ongoing operational excellence project, focused on streamlining processes, addressing 'people' (job responsibility) and policy issues, and identifying how new or existing technology might achieve our business objectives.

As part of ongoing business transformation (Project Everest) and continuous improvement efforts, I lead the implementation project of pricing simulation tooling at Topco. Leading a diverse team of business subject matter experts, consultants, and technical resources, the "What If?" tooling leveraged Vistex DMp to enable category and business leaders to understand and simulate pricing during category reviews and sourcing events. This tooling gave end-users the ability to mock up vendors and materials that may not exist in SAP's master data, but enforced Topco's strict master and pricing data rules once pricing was executed.In 2017, also lead a team to overhaul our price communication system to reduce the size of outbound emails sent and to increase overall security of sensitive pricing information.

Served as Topco BI and O2C project resource for the phase 1 implementation of SAP at Topco (Project Everest). Active role in blueprint, build, test, training, go-live, and hypercare support phases of the project. Worked with various business areas of Topco and alongside functional consultants. Topco's subject matter expert for Vistex Data Maintenance Pricing (DMp) implementation for business units on SAP. Currently leading the DMp design, build, and testing for remaining business units.

In the Member Services department I was primarily responsible for processing and managing customer orders, order inquires, billing, and A/P and A/R discrepancies. I collaborated with multiple functional areas within Topco to provide quality service. I was given the opportunity to represent my department in a supply chain center of excellence pilot project to increase vendor fill rate to our warehouse and thus our fill rate to our customers. For this project we worked with suppliers and customers to investigate root causes to a variety of issues and assisted in the development of a plan to boost fill rates that were below target.As part of Member Services I also aggregated consumer call center data for reporting and analysis by our quality assurance and category management teams. The reports produced gave insight to specific products or vendors that may need further review or prompt a product recall.

Small businesses require employees to wear many hats. At International Graphics I provided customer service for existing clients, managed the online ordering system, and assisted account executives in developing additional opportunities. Additionally, I was responsible for establishing new business relationships through cold calls and old account history. I also developed custom print solutions for varied customer needs and produced print proofs for customers and pre-press. Finally, from my prior IT experience I supported the company's IT resource in troubleshooting computer and equipment issues.

Generated leads within educational institutions (public & private schools, colleges, universities, private companies) and developed relationships with key decision makers concerning standardized test prep material, courses, and professional development. Provided service to established customers and sought to develop additional business opportunities. Worked within a collaborative sales team responsible for marketing, lead generation, inside and outside sales, and account management.

As a seasonal employee with the school district my primary responsibility was to help the ITS department execute major projects over the summer break. Teams worked to execute against tight project plans for annual systems maintenance, re-imaging, computer upgrades, inventory, and asset retirement throughout the school district. From my second year on I was given lead of a team and together we continually outperformed other teams.
