Cultivated a team to champion and run organisation-level IT systems and Office 365 tenants in Hong Kong and Europe.Key achievements:Established and managed the project management office (PMO) to drive financial and performance of the cross-functional project portfolio, standardised governance framework and reporting KPI for the Head of IT.Achieved the organisational strategic direction on Cloud computing and the modern workplace to enable business agility by Windows desktop refresh, adapting Microsoft Office 365 family products such as Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Forms, Intune MDM, and other cloud solutions for email and data protection.Achieved the organisational strategic direction on risk management and security improvements against cybersecurity threats by working with the Security Group to roll out various security initiatives to comply with the IT security policy and standards. In particular, Secure Web Filtering, Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Endpoint Protection, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Privileged Identity Management (PIM), Cloud Access Security Brokers (CASB), and Azure Information Protection.

While advancing my project management expertise, I have taken a new role to lead the IT service desk team to provide end-user computing support services based on ITIL practices for diverse users and C-level leaders. This people-facing role bridged IT and business. In 2010, given additional responsibility to supervise the Oracle EBS (HRMS) technical team of database administrators and developers.

I worked on a multi-year enterprise business transformation project as Oracle Applications DBA. Upon its completion, appointed a supervisory role in a team employing ITIL service management practices to offer Oracle Applications DBA services and run multiple Oracle EBS (ERP) environments serving different subsidiaries. Identified as a self-starter and motivated to learn new transferable skills, I was assigned more roles in project management and customer engagement.
