I work per-diem coverage as a dietitian in various accounts, including acute care hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and outpatient nutrition counseling and education.

In my current position, I provide medical nutrition therapy to a wide range of patient populations, including acute intensive rehabilitation units for stroke/brain injury/spinal cord injuries and med-surg units, as well as some pediatric care and critical illness.Non-clinical projects I was involved in:- Modified the ADIME clinical note template to optimize communication within the clinical nutrition team and with other disciplines.- Teach carbohydrate counting classes for diabetes patients and their families.- Initiated a project to build a library of resources for patient education.

I taught critical reading, effective writing, and standard English conventions to students of all ages. A focus of my work was in assessing my students and tailoring curricula to their academic and instructional needs.

As a student assistant in the Student Affairs Communications team, I:- Initiated revisions of university webpages to ensure that nutrition resources are accessible and evidence-based.- Planned, wrote, and scheduled social media content on various platforms to inform students of upcoming events.- Disseminated information using various marketing tools including: speaking events, social media, posters, etc.

Prepared and served food while practicing food safety in high-volume commercial kitchens.

As a caller, I raised funds for UC Berkeley and helped to build a culture of philanthropy that is the backbone of the university. I also educated alumni, parents of current students, and other Friends of the University about the university's current programs and endeavors. I maintained an average gift of over $150.
