Creating SOWs and cost estimates, client profiling, programming, space/ occupancy planning, materials selection, project presentations, multi-site operations, job walks, site inspections, contractor management, crisis management, reviewing/ approving submittals, vendor dealings, facilities management, and assisting Architects and Engineers in the modification of architectural documents. Incorporate sustainable design, ergonomics, and codes and standards into each phase of the design process.

Aid the principal designer with conceptual designs, space plans, and furniture and finish selections. Establish architectural elements based upon budget, purpose and function and to update and maintain the samples library.
